I found yoga as a way to heal. Initially finding the time on my mat as a physical workout, it morphed into a practice that helped me to restore mentally and emotionally.

The profound effects yoga had on me sparked a desire to spread my passion for yoga to everyone I meet. I enrolled in yoga teacher training and obtained my certification in 2016, and continue to further my education.
